South Alston Haven Mixed-Income Housing Units

The South Alston Haven is a co-development of six mixed-income housing units near downtown Durham. This project includes four market rate homes built by private developers and two affordable for-sale homes built by Habitat for Humanity of Durham. Each of the homes are designed around a central driveway to limit site impact and in order to create a cohesive site design on the urban infill site. The homes are designed to have compact footprints while maximizing the useful spaces as well as to be highly energy efficient.
