Urban Infill Arnette Pier House

The Arnette Pier House is an urban infill project designed by Design For All and built by Haven Design|Build. This home features structurally insulated panel (SIP) construction and rooftop solar. The home was built elevated on piers to limit site disturbance and eliminate potential flood risks. The project offers a creative solution for an environmentally challenging site while creating a unique and highly efficent custom home.
