Gregson Custom Home

The Gregson Custom Home was built under the City of Durham’s “small home lot” option in their Expanding Housing Choices initiative. This new construction custom home features rooftop solar panels and a highly efficient floorplan, offering ample living amenities within a relatively small footprint. The home includes a first-floor bedroom suite to facilitate accessibility and/or aging in place. This project leveraged creative solutions to build a new home on a challenging site while providing enough space for a full family.
