The Mallard ADU features a one-bedroom rental unit over a flex space for the homeowner on the main floor. The ADU includes one bedroom, a full bathroom, a dedicated laundry room, and an open living/kitchen/dining area. This project created valuable space for renting or hosting guests, as well as a dedicated area for the homeowner to expand their lifestyle needs outside of their main home.
