The Urban ADU is a custom unit that was designed for a multi-generational household with aging-in-place in mind. The project features a generous floorplan that includes one bedroom, a full bath, a laundry room, a lofted space, and an open kitchen/dining/living room space. This area offers a perfect place for grandparents to live and have their own separate space while still being close by to their children and grandchildren.
